What is Solve The Room Escape Room?
Solve The Room is a real-life escape game experience based on the Japanese online game, “Takagism.” Players are locked inside a themed room, and need to work as a team to solve a series of puzzles, riddles and hints in order to escape within the 60 minutes time limit.
What is the maximum amount of people allowed in each room?
We recommend a maximum of six people in each room.
Can I bring more than 6 people if I want?
If your group reserved the entire room, call us and we will do our best to accommodate more than 6 people.
Is there an age restriction?
While there is no restriction on age, the puzzles may be too demanding for those under 12, so they may not fully enjoy the game. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
What time should I arrive?
Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your booked session for sign-in, briefing and introduction.
Can another group get booked in the same room as me?
If you don’t reserve the full 6 slots then there is a chance that more people may get put into your room with you.
What happens if i come a few minutes late?
Players will not be allowed to enter a Solve The Room experience if they arrive more than 2 minutes late to a room that has already begun. However, they will have an option to reschedule to the next available slot or to a different day.
What is your refund policy?
We do not issue refunds, however, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking time.
Are cell phones permitted inside the rooms?
We will allow you to keep your phone on you. However, you are not allowed to use it inside the room.
